A Clark convenience store and long-awaited Caribou are the latest revelations of the upcoming Sunrise Town Centre, a mixed use development located in northeast Bismarck anchored by Dan’s Supermarket and Gee Williquor.
An unnamed convenience store has always been in the Centre’s plan; however, the identity had been withheld.
Interestingly, a Clark station already exists on Trenton Drive, just south of its upcoming Saratoga Avenue location.
This will be the first Caribou location in the capital city. A location is also opening soon in Steele.
BNC National Bank and Gate City have also been confirmed tenants of Sunrise Town Centre.
