The former International Stir Fry Restaurant site will soon be home to a brand-new La Quinta Inns & Suites.
A new La Quinta Inns & Suites will soon be developed on the site of the former International Stir Fry Restaurant, which has sat vacant since the restaurant’s closure on May 28, 2007. When completed, it will be the fourth hotel to open in Bismarck in recent years. The 90-room hotel is expected to open this summer.
The building currently on the site had housed the International Stir Fry Restaurant for many years. The restaurant had reportedly closed when its owners were offered a high price for the site, which was originally rumored to have been Olive Garden, however little has progressed since its closure.
La Quinta Inns & Suites is a national hotel chain with approximately 700 locations, including one in Fargo. It is a limited service hotel on the same par as a Best Western, Hampton Inn, or similar entity.
