The Bismarck Police Department has located a body in connection with the John Swain homicide investigation.
Bismarck Police investigators, working with the Roosevelt County Sheriff’s Department, executed a search warrant at a home in Poplar, Montana, where a body was found. An autopsy is being planned to positively identify the body.
Theo Crowe, age 25, has been charged with the murder-AA Felony, punishable by Life in prison w/out parole-of John Swain, 18, Bismarck. He is in custody in Williams County on an unrelated charge. He has not yet made his initial appearance on the murder charge.
