Home Depot Store (closed)
There’s just over 5 hours remaining on the online auction to purchase the former Home Depot store, which closed in 2008 after only a three-year stint in Bismarck.
As of 9:30am this morning, there have been three bids made on the building, with a current bid of $2,600,000; however, the reserve price has yet to be reached. Unless the reserve price is met, the building is unlikely to be sold.
According to the Bismarck Assessing Division, the market value of the property is $7,109,200.00.
