A Bismarck woman was arrested after breaking into a home, stealing a car, and later crashing that same car.
24-year-old Amanda Knight was charged with criminal trespass and theft of a motor vehicle.
Knight allegedly broke into a trailer home on the 400 block of Dover Drive, where a 45-year-old man was sleeping on the couch. The man reportedly forced Knight out of the trailer, at which point she got into a Toyota Corolla parked across the street and drove off.
Later, Bismarck Police responded to a vehicle accident at the 300 block of Bedford Boulevard, where the same Toyota Corolla had crashed into a parked card, forcing it into another parked car. Neither parked car had any occupants.
