A 22-year-old Bismarck woman reports that someone broke into her apartment on the 2800 block of Hawken Street, who left the window open upon escaping with a 70-inch HD television. The open window caused a pipe to burst, flooding the apartment and causing an estimated $2,000 in damage.
The case remains under investigation.
