A 32-year-old Bismarck resident was shot at when answering a knock at his door.
The suspect, described as wearing a dark-colored hoodie, stated to the resident that he was there to pick up a friend. When the resident asked the suspect leave, the suspect pulled out a gun and shot through the door. The resident was not injured.
The incident, which remains under investigation, happened at the 800 block of East Jefferson Avenue early Sunday morning.
