Current South Central High principal, Tom Schmidt, has been named principal of Bismarck’s upcoming new high school, Legacy High. He will assume the position July 1 and begin overseeing the school’s construction and development processes leading up to its opening in fall 2015. 18 people had applied for the position and 3 were interviewed.
