30 year-old David Mau, the former director of the Arc of Bismarck, has been charged with three felonies related to making more than $7,500 in unauthorized purchases with the Arc’s checkbook and credit cards.
The Arc is a nonprofit that offers services for disabled individuals, including education, advocacy, and support. They also operate a local thrift store at 1211 Park Ave, off of South 12th Street.
