- Bismarck Public Library
- Bismarck garbage collection will also not take place; picked up Tuesday instead
- Bismarck Parks & Recreation Facilities: Fore Seasons, VFW Sports Center, Capital Racquet & Fitness Center and BCS Aquatic & Wellness Center
- Bismarck YMCA
- Federal Building on Broadway
- Morton County offices and courthouse
- State Capitol and other state government offices closed until noon Monday
Legislature sessions and committees for tomorrow have also been cancelled.
