Popular variety department store Gordmans is planning to open a Bismarck location in 2014. According to the Bismarck Tribune, the store will be located adjacent to the north Walmart in a development to be called Hay Creek Shops. The store will be approximately 50,000 square feet.
Gordmans has maintained a location in Fargo and Grand Forks for some time and recently opened one in Minot. Omaha-based Gordmans was founded in 1936 and has locations in 18 states.
