A Fargo developer has proposed the construction of a 23-story skyscraper office building in downtown Fargo. If completed, it would easily best the Capitol as the state’s tallest building – at 352 tall, compared to the Capitol’s 242 feet.
Bismarck has always been home to the state’s tallest building, with the Patterson Hotel holding this distinction until the completion of the current Capitol.
