At about 3:30 this morning, Bismarck Police received a call from the Ramkota Hotel regarding a man racing through the hallways in just his underwear and causing disturbances. When police arrived, the man was spouting incomprehensible words and was taken down by officers. A witness reported to police that the man had taken LSD.
The man was arrested for controlled substance and disorderly conduct.
