An $8 million improvement project for the BSC Community Bowl is scheduled to commence today in northwest Bismarck. A ground breaking ceremony is to be held at the Bowl today at 10:30.
The project will add suites, improved concession areas, expanded locker rooms, and a new track surface. Funding for the project was falling short until just this week, when the City Commission authorized an additional $1 million.
The Community Bowl is located northwest of the main Bismarck State College campus.
