Via Press Release:
Thursday September 18, 2014 at 8:30 a.m. the traffic signal at the intersection of Main Ave. and Bismarck Expressway will be shut off.
During the time the signal is off line the intersection will be controlled with flagman.
The traffic signal is scheduled to be back on line by early afternoon.
The traffic signal outage is for the relocation of underground conductors to accommodate the installation of the west bound right turn lane.
Motorists are asked to use other routes when possible to avoid delays.
