Scott Allan, a former Mandan High School teacher who wrote an explicit manuscript and gave it to two female students, has been sentenced to two years supervised probation following a change in plea.
Allan was charged with promoting obscenity to minors and disorderly conduct.
As a condition of his sentence, Allan isn’t allowed contact with the victims and must maintain a distance of at least 100 yards from Mandan Public Schools.
If Allan violates the conditions of his sentence, he faces a jail sentence of one year plus 30 days.
