A Bismarck man was recaptured after escaping from the Bismarck Transition Center on Saturday. 36-year-old Joshua Hiler was arrested in the south Walmart parking lot. Hiler is also now accused of stealing a pair of pants while on the run, which will add a theft of property charge.
Hiler was serving time for past drug convictions.
