The Bismarck Police Department are asking help in location a “person of interest” in connection to fraudulent checks cashed at local banks. The individual is identified as Steven Brosseau, with a date of birth of March 4, 1968, and is described as “6’00”, 200 pounds, blue eyes, brown hair.”
