Harvest Brazilian Grill has closed its Mandan restaurant off to the public. The restaurant, which got its start in Linton, is not disappearing completely, however, as it shifts focus towards catering and events.
According to an article in the Bismarck Tribune, lack of staffing was contributed as a reason for the changed business model. The restaurant has had ongoing workforce issues, having been forced to close and reduce hours due to shortages in the past.
The Mandan restaurant opened in fall of 2011.
Its owners also recently took on management of the James River Cafe in the newly expanded Heritage Center.
