It started as Lucky Ducks Deli, with The Pond soon after joining the mix. Now, coming next summer, new restaurants will be joining the conglomerate off Third Street.
After a major expansion and renovation, including into the recently vacated Corwin Churchill space, a breakfast cafe called Avery’s A.M. and a casual fine dining restaurant called J60 will be joining Lucky Ducks and The Pond.
Once completed, this diverse mix of bars and restaurants will be called “The District,” KFYR-TV reports.
