Will-Moore in 1974 (Bismarck: Capital City Memories: 7_12272006)
Will-Moore Elementary is a public primary school that opened in 1951. It replaced both the Will School and William Moore School, the latter of which stood adjacent to the current Will-Moore school.
The name “Will-Moore” is a combination of the two schools it replaced.
