The Bismarck City Commission has decided to hold a special election to fill the open Commission seat being vacated by Mike Seminary, who is replacing long-time Mayor John Warford.
Several candidates who ran for the two open seats in June’s primary have expressed interest in running again in the special election.
The open Commission seat’s term expires June 2016.
