Fargo-based Drunken Noodle will be opening a location in downtown Bismarck this fall. The restaurant focuses on offering various noodle and rice dishes from multiple ethnicities, including American, Thai, Mexican, and Italian.
Drunken Noodle will be located at 510 East Main Ave, inside what will be Becker Center once its completed (the former home of String Bean).
The name “Drunken Noodle” is the restaurant’s signature Thai dish.
UPDATE (3/24/2013): Drunken Noodle has changed its plans to open a Bismarck restaurant.
