Enoch Schultz (1902-1984) was a local businessman who founded Schultz Creamery.
Schultz was born December 29, 1902 in Glen Ullin. He graduated from Chicago’s Coyne Electrical School before attending dairy school in Brookings, South Dakota.
He worked for Montana-Dakota Utilities before commencing his local dairy career, founding Schultz Creamery in 1934 (some sources say 1935). Schulz Creamery was a predominant regional dairy producer, at one time being Burleigh County’s only privately owned creamery. Enoch’s son, John, took over the company when Enoch retired in 1967.
Enoch died in 1984.
