Evan Shark was a local entrepreneur and investor. He is perhaps best remembered for owning Evan’s Menswear and, later, Shark’s & Evan’s Menswear upon merging with his father’s long-time menswear store.
As well, Shark was a principal partner in Hamburguesa and in V&S Enterprises, Inc., which was responsible for finishing and leasing the commercial space of the Parkade, where his menswear store was established as one of the original tenants.
