A 41-year-old Bismarck man is facing multiple charges after police, who recognized the man as having a suspended license, witnessed him getting into a car and followed him to his house. Upon arriving at the home, police discovered that three children, ages 3, 7, and 8, were left unsupervised with accessible drug paraphernalia.
Police also learned that the man had used marijuana before driving.
The man is facing several charges, including child neglect, possession of stolen property, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
