After receiving multiple reports of someone driving around shooting paintballs at vehicles, buildings, and people, Bismarck Police have arrested four suspects.
The incidents all occurred during the afternoon of Monday, June 27th, at multiple locations.
Witnesses were able to provide authorities with a description of the vehicle involved, as well as its license plate. Upon locating the vehicle, police discovered paintball guns, CO2 containers, marijuana, and a machete. All four occupants of the vehicle were taken into custody.
The suspects ranged in age from 18-21 and face such charges as Carrying a Concealed Weapon, Conspiracy to Commit Aggravated Assault, and Possession of Marijuana.
Additional charges are pending.
