The Bismarck City Commission tonight voted unanimously to approve expansion of the Civic Center Exhibit Hall at a cost of $27 million, which will be paid through the local hospitality tax.
The Commission also plans to continue researching opportunities for a proposed north convention facility. That facility would cost roughly $150 million and be funded through a private-public mix.
